Spicy and exotic falafels crammed with chunks of sweet potato, chickpeas and fiery Indian spices - simply blended and baked (approx. 22g each). Defrost and serve, or for best results serve warm. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. Kosher approved. Defrosted shelf-life = 3 days (chilled).
Ingredients: Sweet Potato (29%), Chickpeas (29%), Red Peppers, Rapeseed Oil, Potato Flakes, Tomato Paste, Onion, Reconstituted Garlic (Water, Garlic Powder), Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Paprika, Salt, Chilli Flakes.
Cooking/Serving Instructions (from frozen): Microwave: Microwave (800W) for 2-3 minutes for a full pack. Reduce heating times accordingly for a smaller quantity. Oven: Remove from packaging and place on a baking tray and into a pre-heated oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) for 8 -10 minutes. Deep fry: N/A Grill: N/A Other: Defrost thoroughly in fridge for 10 hours before use. Ready to eat once defrosted but for best results heat up after defrost. Use within 3 days of opening.
