Cooking Instructions Directions For Use:Custard Powder Make Up Instructions Custard Powder Sugar Milk Portions*28g (1oz) 28g (1oz) 568ml (1 pint) 850g (2oz) 50g (2oz) 1 litre (1.7pints) 16250g (9oz) 250g (9oz) 5 litres (26pints) 83*this pack makes 1000 portions of 55ml (68g)ON THE HOB. Mix the custard powder and sugar with a small amount of the milk to form a smooth paste.. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil in a pan.. Gently whisk/stir the paste mixture into the boiling milk.. Bring back to the boil, stir until the custard begins to thicken.MICROWAVE COOKING INSTRUSTIONS To make 1 litre use the following quantities1. Mix 50g (2oz) custard powder and 50g (2oz) Sugar with 200ml (7 floz) milk to a smooth paste.2. Add a further 800ml (1 pint 8 fl oz) milk and s tir well.3. Microwave on full power (1400 watt microwave) for 1 minute.4. Stir well and microwave for a further 2 minutes.5. Stir and serve.HANDY HINTS & TIPS-If you prefer you r custard less thick then top up with milk or cream.-For best results leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.-If put into a Bain Marie custard will thicken during service. You can add a little milk or cream as necessary.Storage Instructions:Store in a cool, dry place.Keep bag tightly closed after part use.Contents likely to settle.
